BOOKINGS

      All bookings for courses or study days may be made by telephone, email or on-line. All booked places on our courses or study days will be reserved once the booking has been confirmed to you. Telephone bookings should be made via 01494 522027 or 07721 674870 or via email on training@mjsconsultants.co.uk. Our Training Department will send you email confirmation of your bookings within 48 hours of receipt. A soon as a booking has been confirmed, by email, the booking is subject to our standard payment and

          cancellation terms as detailed below.     

      New customers will be required to complete a new customer form and sign to accept our terms of business prior to any booking being confirmed and forwarded. Failure of a client to return this form will deem that these terms of business being accepted.

       Courses and Study Days provided by MJS Education and Training Consultancy may be

          booked for delivery at an Organisations’ own site or accommodation can be provided and

          booked by MJS Education and Training Consultancy at an additional cost.

COURSE AND STUDY DAY CONTENT

      All courses and study days delivered in the United Kingdom and Overseas are presented in English. All participants are provided with a folder of information and course material. On successful completion of a course or study day an MJS Education and Training Consultancy official certificate signed by the Lecturer/Trainer will be given.

      All attendees will be required to sign a register which will be retained by MJS Education and Training Consultants for our records and retained as proof of attendance. Attendees will be asked to enter on the register the name of the organisation who has sent them.

      The Company Course content is constantly being updated and additional material introduced to add value to the sessions as a result of recent research and changes. All course content is believed at the time of delivery, to be accurate, however, due to the changing nature of knowledge it is not possible guarantee can be given to confirm this. MJS Education and Training Consultancy undertakes to make every effort to maintain all course content up to date, we cannot be held liable for the actions of individuals outside of these courses.

COURSE AND STUDY DAY FEES

      All fees quoted in MJS Education and Training Consultancy literature and materials are inclusive of VAT, which has already been applied to all quoted fees agreed at the standard rate, these quoted fees are exclusive of any venue costs incurred.

      All Fees quoted are per course or study day (unless otherwise advised), for the agreed number of attendees. In the event that this number of attendees is greater than the agreed amount, MJS Education and Training Consultancy will reserve the right to charge the customer/client for each candidate above the agreed attendance number.

      All additional charges to be made will be confirmed at the time of booking. However, in the event that this has not been agreed, each additional candidate will be charged at a proportion of the agreed course fee.

      In the event that the number of attendees to a course or study day falls below the agreed level, MJS Education and Training Consultancy will not be liable for any reimbursement to the customer. Since this is outside of the control of MJS Education and Training Consultancy as the customer/client has control of recruitment to the course or study day.

      The Fees agreed will include full information and appropriate course material and the issue of a certificate. Signed official Certificates will either be issued on the day of successful completion of the course or study day or dispatched within 5 working days of the date of training or when payment of the invoice has been made. According to prevailing circumstances.

      A paper copy of the certificate will be sent to the customer/client for the attendees file. Should a duplicate copy of the official certificates be requested a fee will be applied of £5.00 per certificate and a £2.00 handling and administration charge.

PAYMENT

      All Invoices will be sent out to customers by first class post, they may also be sent electronically by request. These Invoices for fees are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.

      Any queries concerning an invoice should be raised with MJS Education and Training Consultancy direct within 14 days of the invoice date.

      Payments should be made to  as detailed on the relevant invoice. MJS Education and Training consultancy preferred payment method is by BACS transfer. Remittance advices should be emailed to accounts@mjsconsultants.co.uk.

      In the event that invoices are not settled in full in accordance with these Terms of Business, MJS Education and Training Consultancy reserves the statutory right to charge interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

      In the event that an invoice remains unpaid MJS Education and Training Consultancy reserves the right to take legal action to recover all monies outstanding.

CANCELLATION

      Courses and study days which have been booked may be cancelled without charge providing that notice is given by telephone and confirmed in writing by post or e mail and is received at least 10 working days before the scheduled start of the course or study day.

      On receipt of written confirmation being received and confirmed by MJS Education and Training Consultancy, the following cancellation fees will apply:

--- 11 or more days notice - no fee is payable

--- 10 to 6 days notice - 50% of the course fee due

--- 5 or fewer days notice -100% of the course fee due.

      Attendees/individuals who book directly with MJS Education and Training Consultancy and not via a third party/Agency/other company must provide 3 working days notice of any cancellation,

          unless it is otherwise specified on the booking confirmation.

      Failure to do so will result in the full course fees remaining payable. An “individual booking” covers those candidates who buy a single place on an open course or study day being offered by MJS Education and Training Consultancy.

      MJS Education and Training consultancy Training and Care Consultancy Limited reserve the right to cancel an event or change the course to a different date. In these cases an alternative date for the course will be given in the first instance. Every effort will be made to re-schedule cancelled dates to days which meet the needs of the customer/client.

SUBSTITUTIONS AND TRANSFERS

      All Participants who are unable to attend a pre booked place on a course or study day may nominate an alternative candidate to attend in their place up to 3 days prior to the commencement of the course or study day. This will not be treated as a cancellation, unless the substitution or transfer occurs with less than 3 working days prior to the commencement of the course or study day.

RESALE OF MJS EDUCATION AND TRAINING CONSULTANCY TRAINING COURSES

      The selling of any MJS Education and Training Consultancy owned education/training course or study day places is strictly prohibited.

       If at any time MJS Education and Training Consultancy is made aware that this has happened, MJS Education and Training Consultancy reserves the right to increase the course fees to meet the prices charged by the third party. MJS Education and Training Consultancy will raise an invoice to the third party for immediate

          payment and certificates will not be given/dispatched until this    

          invoice has been paid in full by cleared funds.

            Any use of or Resale of MJS Education and Training Consultancy Training Courses and 

          study Days is deemed a breach of contract.
